Hardware, firmware and software we have built for customers

Programmes for customers in India and abroad, across industrial automation, weighing, medical and lighting. Client names are not disclosed because of confidentiality agreements; references are available on request, and the engineering can be discussed in detail under NDA.

In-motion weighing controller

Four PCBs in one product, including a six-layer main board around an LPC1788 (ARM Cortex-M3) controller with external RAM and flash, EEPROM, Ethernet, USB, RS485, RS232, analog I/O and isolated encoder interfaces.

Firmware with a bootloader, RTOS and emWin GUI, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU and TCP, PID control and printer output. Software: an ASP.NET application, Azure data storage, dashboards and an Android app.

Result. Installed in weighbridges and in-line checkweighers, handling around 1,000 vehicle readings a day with event-wise cloud readout.

Scales weight indicator

Arm Cortex-M4 and M7 hardware with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, precision load-cell ADCs and a capacitive touch keypad. Tally data is stored in internal memory.

RTOS firmware on an in-house embedded framework, for stable performance, easy maintenance and clear menu navigation.

Result. The keypad reads through gloves and weight readings settle in under a second. Local logging and offline calibration keep readings auditable when the connection is intermittent.

Inspection system controller and operator software

Customised PLC hardware, control firmware and .NET operator software from one team. The console shows live parameters with pass or fail lamps for bore, journal and height, run-out, concentricity and wall thickness, plus a mastering view and bore trends.

Result. One engineering partner for the PLC hardware, control logic and operator software, deployed in India.

Medical cart controller

A battery-optimised controller for a clinical cart with configurable drawers: Arm Cortex-M4 devices, an ESP-IDF firmware subsystem and RTOS, and a rich touch-screen GUI with calibration.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for hospital environments, plus mechanical integration support for the finished cart.

Result. Controller hardware, GUI firmware with calibration, wireless connectivity and mechanical integration delivered by one team.

Wireless automation hardware

A three-PCB product: a long-range, coin-cell transmitter with an onboard antenna, paired with receiver-side hardware that switches 24 V loads at up to 10 A.

A proprietary 433 MHz wireless protocol, with power-line communication and Wi-Fi options, and protection against reverse connection and overload.

Result. Compact wireless boards, the long-range RF section, the receiver-side power hardware and protection circuits, plus firmware and bring-up.

Wall-mounted control unit using MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, BLE and Wi-Fi with TLS, built to keep local control working when the internet drops
Signed over-the-air firmware updates with a version-revert path; Android and iOS apps and Azure cloud integration
